ELIGIBILITY: The contest is open to legal residents of the United States, who have the age of majority in his or her state or territory of residence and as of the time of entry. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these official rules. Void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited by law.
HOW TO ENTER: During the Giveaway Period eligible Participants will be invited to ‘Like’ and tag a friend in the comments on follow on Monday, December 7, 2020 - Friday, December 18, 2020 giveaway posts on Instagram. Both parties must follow Story and Hearts on Instagram in order to be part of the giveaway winners. The Sponsor is not responsible for late, incomplete, misdirected, or delayed entries. By participating in this Contest, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Contest.
PRIZE DETERMINATION AND NOTIFICATION: The winner will be randomly picked from the giveaway posts running from Sunday, December 13, 2020 - Wednesday, December 23, 2020 post on Instagram. The giveaway contestant must follow the @storyandhearts Instagram page. The contest winner will be announced by 4:00 PM EST on the following day the giveaway period ended on @storyandhearts Instagram Page and Stories. The winner will be contacted by the direct message on Instagram by @storyandhearts.

PRIZE VERIFICATION & CONDITIONS: By accepting a Prize each winner agrees to release the Sponsor and the Released Parties from any and all liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind caused by entering the promotion or for damages of any kind caused by any prize or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use/misuse of prize awarded. Winners will be solely responsible for all federal, state and local taxes, if applicable. No substitution or transfer of prize or election of cash in lieu of prize will be permitted. The Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to add or remove parts of any Prize package based on availability and compatibility, without consequence. No cash substitute will be provided in lieu of parts. Decisions of the Sponsor are final and binding.
The Winner will be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release to be returned within 2 hours days of written notification, or prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. The winner will also be required to disclose his/her social security number for the purpose of issuance of a 1099 Form for tax purposes. If a prize or prize notification is returned as unclaimed or undeliverable to a potential winner, or if the potential winner cannot be reached within three (3) hours from the first notification attempt, or if the potential winner fails to return requisite document within the specified time period, or if a potential winner is not in compliance with these Official Rules, then such person shall be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected for the prize at issue. All taxes, if applicable, are the sole responsibility of the winner. Each winner’s entry and acceptance of the prize offered constitutes permission, (except where prohibited), for the Sponsor to use the winner’s name, photograph, likeness, statements, biographical information, voice and address (city and state), in all forms of media, in perpetuity, without notice or further compensation.

DISPUTES: Except where prohibited, you agree that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Contest or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in the State of New York. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, your rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of Sponsor in connection with the Contest, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of New York, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of New York) or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of New York.
